Tell us a bit about yourself?

Hi, I am Anand, the Co-Founder of Skillate. I Take care of business and growth in the company. My last employer was Tracxn where I was working as an Analyst.

What motivated you to start Skillate?

While I was recruiting for my last employer (Tracxn), I saw the hassle one experiences  trying to close each open position. After doing a deep dive, I came to know that the market looks crowded but it has ample white space for the nolutiont hat we want et o build, so I started Skillate with two of my partners.

As a Co-Founder, what areas do you take care of in your business?

I primarily focus on Sales and Marketing

What’s your take on how digital marketing can help your business?

In the Short Term, digital marketing helps any business in Acquiring Leads through organic and paid media. On the other hand, digital marketing is the key factor to position any organization as a brand in the long term.

You recently hired a Content Marketer and a Digital marketing Manager via Digifynd, how was the experience?

For a startup like Skillate where you are hiring for the first time for Marketing I believe Digifynd is a great platform. It not only assists you in understanding your own requirements, but also gives you great candidate profiles with validated skill sets, which are very rare to find outside it’s community.

How did our real-life case-study driven online challenge help you to assess the quality of the candidate for the desired role?

We hosted an online challenge with Digifynd to hire for digital marketing roles for Skillate. Their online challenge gives a hands-on experience about somebody who is serious about the role. The quality of their assessments and evaluation criteria is excellent to gauge the type of candidate and about 80% of the job is done.

Would you recommend Digifynd to other employers who are looking to hire digital marketers?

For sure!. 🙂
